-Exciting time to be at PTC b/c of the IOT and AR focus -Best in class platform - regularly recognized for innovative solutions -Room for advancement - Work with smart people who are passionate -Good Pay and Benefits -Diversity and inclusion focus -Good amount of vacation and holidays -Maternity and Paternity leave (full pay 4 months)

-Teams are siloed based on products. This can sometimes causes internal confusion on where to find the right answers -Sometimes can feel like good ol boys club but the company is trying to change this
