      Not a bad place to work. They give lots of time off but many employees work more than 40 hours per week.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Lots of PTO and paid holidays plus birthday off every year. If you do volunteer work you can get an extra 2 days off per year. Good flexibility.

      Cons

      They often overwork their employees. They move people to new positions without giving raises or promotions. The work can be stressful.
