      Pros

      Great family company, product, and atmosphere. Located close to home. Positive environment. It's nice to have a Monday through Friday job and consistently get forty hours each week.

      Cons

      It's difficult to write twenty words. I do get a little dirty and it's sometime difficult to be on my feet all day long.

      Great culture, thrive to be the best - Needham campus is very hopeful of PTC's role in IoT, lots of excitement. Good benefits, beer fridays, family days, good internal resources. Company believes in itself

      Cons

      Very political environment. Old guard employees hate that legacy product resources are being applied toward the future & are not up for changing how they've made a living
