Innovative company, strong leadership who look to keep PTC at forefront of industry. In more recent years some changes at senior level have re-invigorated the company in the back office areas. Everyone is asked to be a part of & asked to participate. As part of this change there is a focus on not relying on old practices and everyone is asked to put forward ideas no matter how big or small these changes are. Employee development is a big part of PTC, opening up opportunities to people to move vertically and horizontally in the company globally. There is a friendly, relaxed culture & great people to work with. Competitive salaries & great benefits packages
