Hard work is rarely recognized, but who you know and how you know them is what will get you places.
Pros
A very hardworking and dedicated group of executives.Good balance between work and personal life.
Cons
The executives themselves are very dedicated to the company, however, they lack good leadership and this is extremely evident because of the major disconnect between them and the rest of their team/departments. You could literally go weeks working hard at your desk, and almost never seeing anyone, apart from meetings. Also, majority of the employees have worked their for 15+ years and they are all very social with eachother at and outside of work...if you're not sucking up to certain people, you will always get cornered and probably leave as your unhappy with the unprofessional work environment. I saw the company have a huge turnover in the 2 years i worked there. And everyone that was leaving was because of how unprofessional the work environment can be. It's very said, when you have honest hardworking people, but they are overshadowed by people who have been there longer, and chit-chat. Also, too many liberties are given based on "how long" you have worked there, it's simply not fair and effects morale very much.
