      Pros

      Good experience. Good product. Good start to get into the CAD market and engineering systems. You will accumulate a lot of frequest flyer miles. Just don't count on using them!

      Cons

      Management incompetent and juvenile. Don't expect a life. If you calculate the pay / time worked, you will be underpayed. Arrogant atmosphere!

      Pros

      Fair with time off from work. Work from home office has its benefits, Access to training is easy to obtain. Good products but still the same old products, just repackaged.

      Cons

      Delivery Manager is too hands on and cannot hire staff to do their jobs correctly. Career managers have no training on how to manage and are inexperienced. Hard to find PM’s that understands the products that they are managing for implementations. Co-workers are so insecure that they will take any form of compliment and turn it into something to get you in trouble. If you do not want to be a part of something, PTC is your place. If you cannot work with others you don’t have to at PTC.
