      - Good projects to work - Lots of development work - Techno people. - Good Work life balance - Leave policy - Work from home (Limited) - Flexible working hours - Competitive pay

      Cons

      1. Lay Off - At least twice a year you may heard lay off news. Be prepare, it could be YOU next time. QA is the most targeted department. 2. Irregular salary hikes: You may not know if you are getting salary hike for this year. 3. Interior & Ambience: You get feel of typical Indian semi-government offices when you entered.

      Great Time to Be New to PTC

      Pros

      PTC is going through two very large business model pivots- change in product direction to IoT and moving to subscription. These changes require a new way of operating and an updated culture. I have been with PTC for about 8 months. I have never joined a company more hungry for new ideas and open to outside points of view. I am excited to be part of place where I can really test out innovative approaches and concepts. If you want a place to experiment, this is the right home for you.

      Cons

      The on-boarding program is fairly weak and needs a "face lift." This weak program makes it hard to initial acculturate and get a good feel for the culture. I would also say, like any company in the midst of change, things can be chaotic and fluid. Some long-term employees are having a hard time with the pace of change and a lot of the negative reviews reflect this sentiment. Finally, if you need a lot of structure, PTC would not be a place for you right now. Fast change is the name of the game at PTC.
