Pros

You might try seeking opportunities with PTC's new toy, the IoT Almighty. Nice location near a nature park, nice crowd (at least, was, before mass layoffs due to moving CAD to support only mode), flexible work schedules (if you're lucky with a manager).

Cons

Tight on salaries. And no much perspectives with IoT, IMHO. Not with this management.

PTC started investing on IOT. good for PTC but bad for employees who are working on other products which are slowing down. Recently there was a reduction of 7% in PTC worldwide. Employees will get good surveillance package if you have good amount of experience in PTC.

Cons

Job is not guaranteed. There is a high risk of losing your job due to PTC's investment plans which changes very frequently.

Flexible hours, Great Co-workers, Great amount of PTO.

Cons

Raises are slim to none. Unless you work in the headquarter or major offices, you are forgotten. PTC pays more attention to its financial bottom line than the success of its projects and well being of its employees.
