Good software and people, executive culture needs serious improvement

Pros
The software is powerful and covers a range of engineering / manufacturing / industrial use cases. The people I've worked directly with have shown a strong team spirit and good work ethic. I've met some very talented people.
Cons
The executive leadership seems to want to impose their political vision wherever possible. That's ok when they're headed to the ballot box, but it's not appropriate for leading a company of diverse individuals with different backgrounds. I believe a more tolerant approach would help create a culture that allows everyone to feel comfortable, regardless of their views and values.
