      pay is competative and you can do a lot of overtime

      Cons

      management is very terrible, they do not know or care about what they are doing. long hours, lots of exposure to harmful chemicals. they don't pay you in time as promised incentive or bonus pay. lot of discrimination and harassment in the work environment. hostile work environment. horrible place to work for more than a year.
