Generous employer that can people that they don't cut even no more budget they will have ways.

- Don't the current employees appreciate - No career growth (specially for those non Permanent/Contract Employee) - Stagnant - Dysfunctional Higher management - Full of political Drama - Uneven treatment for Non Permanent Employee - No clear cut rules how to be a permanent employee. So many Rules but the bottom line you should play Politics.
