The product that you are selling is of very high quality

Cons

The division of Panasonic I work in (PSCNA) has way too many people in upper management and they are all part of a little club that protect themselves at the expense of everyone else and the overall business. They put forth strategies and initiatives that fail and instead of changing course they continue to stick to their plan as things get worse and worse. Think Titanic.

No market strategy left here. All sales through distributors - what as long time employees with track record of success are let go left and right. This company once thrived in many areas. Now they just work with a handful of distributors who may or may not even promote the line.
