Pros

May work if you are a reject from Amazon. Or willing to take abuse for little pay.

Cons

Leadership has been overrun by ex-Amazon and Intel hires who are being handed oversized compensation packages—$400K+ base salaries, massive bonuses—simply for showing up with the right brand on their résumé. They aren't here to build; they're here to reshape PAC into a poor imitation of Amazon, regardless of whether that model fits the business, the product, or the people. The result? A demoralized workforce, growing attrition, and a leadership layer more focused on domination than collaboration. Instead of bringing positive change, these new leaders belittle existing teams, dismiss deep domain expertise, and operate with open arrogance. They talk down, not across. They demand obedience, not insight. The CEO is not just complicit—he’s rolling out the red carpet. These hires are being empowered, overpaid, and allowed to drive out long-time contributors in favor of offshore replacements and power centers conveniently located in their home regions. No one here is afraid of hard work. We’ve always given more than what was asked. But watching leadership reward ego over impact—and crush culture in the process—makes it clear this is no longer a place for builders or believers. The Matsushita values are dead. What’s left is a cynical, top-heavy machine trying to run on buzzwords and bluster. Osaka should be ashamed of what’s happening under their name.

Pros

The only good reason to join Panasonic Avionics Corporation is that you can directly reach out to your manager but even manager will show you totally fake expressions.

Cons

-There are many cons, but to summarise it I will suggest don't join this company at all if you have your dependents because they will not provide any job security at all. - Like they did with me, I worked for them, putting all my efforts for 3+ years, but at last they fired me for no reason just by saying we have some business need and your performance was not up to the mark.(In that case, when I was getting appreciations from their Parkplace team for my work). -The Panasonic Avionics Corporation - India management team is worst, Don't trust them at all!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pros

The company have some good benefits like the insurance and 401k.

Cons

Company lost so many employees and never hired back, so workload is crazy and very stressful. Some departments you should not even consider going. Company used to have a good culture, but it lost it over time. Also they're now offering unlimited vacation, but that's just the trick. Basically you're so busy that you cannot take a day off easily.
