Cons

Not a profitable oriented business this is a cost center period. Few opportunities to improve supply chain since everything comes almost fixed and negotiated from Japan

Cons

Self-interested senior management that shows little regard or concern for employees. Politics and favoritism abound. Silos and empire building are commonplace. Trivial oversight in bloated top level management ranks.

Good training provided. With manufacturing plant based in singapore, easy for engineer to visualise the processes. Much slow pace environment due to the nature of the product. Friendly collegues

Cons

Local employees have little say over policy making and product design. Japan headquaters do all the decisiion making. Not enough incentives to retain workers.
