Excellent medical benefits, lots of vacation time, flexible hours

Cons

Employees are no longer people that the company cares about. They are seat fillers to get the job done and your best is usually not good enough for Mgmt. There is rarely ever a "thank you" given for a job well done.

Colleagues were great, but rarely given a chance to utilize their talents. Many of the talented people are jumping ship for competitors.

Cons

Lack of focus, no clear direction, no raises in years, no regard for work-life balance, empty promises for improvement, completely disorganized.

zero, nothing is worth the price of your sanity.

Cons

IMO, this company is the most inefficient business that will end up driving you absolutely crazy. Please do yourself and your family a favor and do your research and talk to as many sales people as your can before accepting any position with Panasonic. Do you know, I worked for PSCNA for almost 4 years and I NEVER received a written detailed comp plan on how I was getting paid ??? I gave up asking. These plans seemed to have changed on the fly. Save your sole .... look somewhere else.
