- willing to employ fresh graduated without experience, I could start from very zero - giving oportunities to choose your professional way within given limits - after years of hard working competitive salary - exciting job in field of consumer electronics, possibility to gain a lot of experience - very social, a lot of personal contacts along the way of product from ideas to the market

Cons

- low salary at start point (but maybe pro - no goldminers applying for this job) - parallel management structure Japanese/local - general strong mistrust from Japanese side - no strategic planning, even midterm (or not shared with local management) - invisible project management, fishy definition of roles (today you are a manager, leader, key member,... to be motivated, tomorrow only engineer who shall only follow orders, shut up and work - and when project bumps you are again a manager responsible for the failure)

Great, great people. Market Leader. Flexible options like working from home once a week if based in HQ or more if based farther away.

Cons

Being a market leader can have it's downsides. It can mean, like here, that it is hard to find new business. Alot of direction comes from Japan, and that can cause challenges due to cultural differences.
