Good salary, extraordinary benefit on holidays and allowance, friendly working environment, well-organized TNC

Cons

Female workers suffer gender discrimination, almost no promotion & no rotation internally. Most of the top management are lack of capability to response in a quick move in the electronic component industry. Some of them even could not manipulate computer or ERP. Always ask employees to do the same report in different format .

Main pros is that you won't get to do repetition work. You get to do new tasks all the time. Lots of training opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes, there is no clear directions in the tasks that you do. Lack of career path planning. Too much multi-tasking and endless work.
