most people who work here are under experienced in life and in work. they're blind to the possibilities and ways to improve their work culture/environment. most are newly graduates who started working here as their first or second job and this is all they know.

Cons

Oddball management, changes mood and mind and favours people. If you are not liked your life is doomed. A racist bunch , seen that with my own eyes. bullish attitude. Incompetent varying departments. The place is segregated almost an 'upstairs' 'downstairs' divide. Time to remove the big white elephant there is no room for new ideas, Work/Life balance each department have their own rules, no consistency, an antiquated way of working.
