Great company which supports development of employees if you are willing to work hard and work to excel. If you are looking to take it easy and skate by this is not for you. Supportive of needs away from work with Managers who will support your decisions and directions if you are not afraid to make decisions. Benefits package is outstanding compared with other companies

Cons

Long hours, but if you know what you are signing up for when you take the job this should not come as a surprise.
