Quality Products, Poor Management

Dynamic Products, fair compensation, free parking and a decent in-house cafe soften the long and arduous hours you will spend trying to be effective. Best positions are in the field. Road warriors are provided with all the necessary technology and equipment to keep you enslaved 24/7. Great hands on education. Brand power.

Cons

Warning: make sure your self esteem is in tact before you walk through their door. Be prepared to give up your credibility, ambition and creativity. Politics and processes inhibit efficacy. Inflated expectations defy reason and perpetuate a climate of failure. Expect little support and cooperation, inadequate authority and undefined job parameters, and to work long hours responding to constant crisis' created by poor planning and execution. Reorgs are perpetual. Panasonic is a resume builder but not a career choice.

The Culture is very "Clicky"

The products in the Avioncs field are always improving for air travelers

Cons

Very Clicky environment and closed to any communication with employees who are new. You are just expected to"figure"out your job. There is no real job training. People who have been there a long time are the "insiders" everyone else is treated like dirt.

too numerous too mention. Reactive not proactive company. Dreadful internal communication - in fact I would say almost non existent. Interesting way of higher senior management and therefore management is incompetent (you know who you are!!!!!). Poor work life balance. High turn over rate
