401k is being matched at once you get hired Medical benefits are OK. If you like traveling, this is the place for you, they'll give you lots of travel. Salary is ok, a little bit higher than the average. Interviews were very quick, only 1 one-on-one interview, then take the drug test, and getting an offer.

Cons

Not so much promotions you'll get stuck on your position for a long time, no recognitions, low morale, don't care about employees, advancement is poor.

Pros

Stable company, with good sales throughout Canada. Good mix of people from different backgrounds makes life interesting. Great benefit packages. Once you're in, you can apply for other positions as they open up. There is an education program in place.

Cons

Upper management at times appear a little too secretive. This causes the employees to have lower morale. As with any large company, some good Managers, and some that aren't as good. Not enough emphasis on Professional development or skills upgrading.

Big Company Name recognition Can network and meet people to find other opportunities inside the company or at other competitors.

Cons

Managment doesn't really care about the staff. Many people were laid off after years and years of service. The long term vision seems clouded.
