Bad management - Factory and BU not supportive -Direction change often since Japanese management back to Japan in few year rotation Super high turn overrate -In 4 years time already have 30 people left in various departments (Whole company have around 70 people) Salary compare with the market are relatively low(same job nature) Too many meaningless report and meeting,dont have time for your actual work task working atmosphere are very bad in the office

Pay is decent. Co-workers are friendly

Cons

SOP's are taught but not enforced. Safety is talked about but not followed. Hourly employees are seen as replaceable. Does not take care of injured employees if they are not following the SOP's and Safety policies they do not enforce and encourage not following to increase production. Would rather have hourly employees work 6 days a week or more instead of hire the correct amount of staff.

3 weeks of vacation throughout the year and they have a interesting 4 day work week schedule

Cons

Terrible working environment, does not follow OSHA safety regulations. Management does not take feedback from engineering team. Japanese team run things. Change never happens
