The only good reason to join Panasonic Avionics Corporation is that you can directly reach out to your manager but even manager will show you totally fake expressions.

Cons

-There are many cons, but to summarise it I will suggest don't join this company at all if you have your dependents because they will not provide any job security at all. - Like they did with me, I worked for them, putting all my efforts for 3+ years, but at last they fired me for no reason just by saying we have some business need and your performance was not up to the mark.(In that case, when I was getting appreciations from their Parkplace team for my work). -The Panasonic Avionics Corporation - India management team is worst, Don't trust them at all!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It's a really cool domain (aerospace) and the work we do impacts millions and we can really see it (and not feel like a cog in the machine)

Cons

Leadership is completely blind, greedy and short sighted. A capable leader can definitely turn things around as we already have market dominance
