great benefit HEalth, 401K match up to 8% , 50 Cents for $1 you contribute. Educational assistance but you have to sign contract 2 years with the company after you graduate.

Great perks, great team and the facilities were up market and always in the media making it visual and present.

Cons

The hard workers worked harder while you had others that didn't do anything and was not accountable for zero/little output. There was no room for promotion and opportunities never really given
