Huge company allows for a lot of movement for people who are go-getters.

Cons

People who've been there a long time have too much pull and can get people fired for things that never happened just because their names have been around for a long time. Culture is terrible, to the point that they have a "Chief of Culture", but it's just a title with no weight and the culture is not going to actually change any time soon.
