Pros

Great company, well organized, excellent benefits, multiple opportunities in departments and division. Trying very hard to offer next level perks unfortunately they are falling short... I hope they get there soon.

Cons

Considerable opportunities to move lateral but Mgmt opportunities are slim and even lateral opportunities Can be difficult because of office politics. For somewhat of a tech company they don't offer the all included tech perks.

Great benefits/Horrible Pay/Work long hours

Pros

Benefits package were great, including medical/dental/STD/LTD/401K/tuition reimbursement, ect. The insurance rates/premiums were very reasonable and STD/LTD/Life insurance were free to the employee. Good PTO and sick days as well. I also enjoyed how approachable and friendly the President's were - they interacted with all levels of staff. even at corporate events, and were very humble people. Everyone at Panasonic mingled within other departments and interacted with each other which was nice.

Cons

Pay is very below par within industry standards. It is expected of you to take calls after hours and answer e-mails 24/7, even if you are on vacation or on a plane. Not much of a work/life balance at all with Panasonic since you have to be accessible always. Working from home is only an option to Upper Management and certain divisions like Sales. Most people seemed very stressed and a lot of people don't want to help you out to get a project completed (very much a "telephone game" with this company to get things handled). Also most jobs here are contract so it is hard to get hired on full-time permanent. Create more jobs that are permanent if you want valuable employees to stay around for years to come.
