Panasoinc is very open to remote work and a pretty good work-life balance (as long as your company/divisioin is doing well).

Cons

There are no real opportunities to move up. Director roles are treated like Gold so if you are in a Manager role, the odds are you will be a Manager or Senior manager for at least 10 years or more -- Group Manager roles are rare and director roles are usually given only to the head of sales or when pulling a need from an outside company.
