Pros

401k is being matched at once you get hired Medical benefits are OK. If you like traveling, this is the place for you, they'll give you lots of travel. Salary is ok, a little bit higher than the average. Interviews were very quick, only 1 one-on-one interview, then take the drug test, and getting an offer.

Cons

Not so much promotions you'll get stuck on your position for a long time, no recognitions, low morale, don't care about employees, advancement is poor.

Pros

its a good stepping stone for fresh graduate. You can learn the basic skills from there.. its quite stable. You will have the opportunity for total MNC environment where you have many divisions working hand in hand.

Cons

Unfairness, its not easy to grow inside, promotion is too difficult. Its very difficult to get a raise from inside but totally easy for outside external people to get a high pay and position.

Only if you need a paycheck and can't find work elsewhere. A great place to work if you have no ambition or goals.

Cons

Low pay as compared to other companies. Ridiculous sales quotas not based on personal achievement. Compensation schedules are changed by management at will or ignored if they feel the company is not profitable enough. It's a real pain to get reimbursed for business expenses. No pay raises or chance of advancement. Frequent reorganizations and management changes. Old timers control the company and fight change. Lack of communication from management. Incompetent senior management rotates from division to division. Foreign managers make the decisions.
