Shift work which means got more money .

Cons

Friendship workplace , They will make ways to make you resign if you are against their rules or someone dont like you in your team. Too conventional not ready to make changes . Most people waiting for retrenchment as most work worked for more than 10 years. Usually will hire people on contract based due to spike in production. Co-workers are lazy . No career growth
