Cons
Basic is low, but allowances is high. So they play on your allowances. If the company sales down they cut your allowance. Yes that true. You achieve your KPI still no meaning. The basic increment is only 3% to 4%. If you apply MC will effect performance. Too much politics within the senior management. Your chance to get promote and grading is low. Quota is very low. A bit of racism i can tell. Most of the management is only Chinese. Even if you work hard. You will not be rewarded if your not the same color as your management.
