pay thats about it and not even that is competitive, supervisors like to tell the team not to leave and that the job is easy. very strict breaks if you even get them at all. you are only allowed 3, 15-minute breaks for a 13-hour long shift and if you take longer than that you WILL receive a written document. job was a great opportunity 3 years ago but now only hires felons. maybe youll have better luck on dayshift but i doubt it considering i hear the same things from all shifts

Cons

No sick leave if you have a emergency and can’t work they don’t care you will eventually be fired.

Their are a few good people in the company some departments are less toxic than others. Pay was decent.

Cons

Toxic work environment, wouldn't trust my former team members with my life. Constant backstabbing , spreading false rumors about you, racist employees. HR is useless and if you have a issue your dealing with HR will side with management even if its a manager that causing the problem. Overall just a terrible place to work.
