Pros
What I liked about Panasonic is that they highly valued properly training their employees according to there S.O.P.'s S.O.P. were very easily accessible in every department and employees were well informed as to their locations and encouraged to ask questions if there was any confusion. They were also very easy to understand and read accompanied with photos for those with low reading comprehension skills. They also found it very important to monitor their employees knowledge of their S.O.P.'s
Cons
The only con I can think of working for this company, was the medical benefits they offered. Although I was having more than $400 taken out of my paycheck before I saw it every month, I was unable to afford to see the doctor due to their poor medical benefits that they offer their employees.
