Dictators not leaders, Poor Time Management, Slave away (rating only for design centre)
Pros
Opportunity to work with people in different countries (Japan, Thailand, Vietnam etc - wherever there's a Panasonic Office)
Cons
Lacking to non existent leadership in design center, designers are not here to be designers but rather be drafters or do whatever director wants even though he lacks the ability to explain what he wants. No freedom to share opinion or ideas, just do what director wants. Credit for work is not shared but all credit taken by director. Extremely poor project management but when initiative taken to help improve, get into trouble instead + workload increase - if you show you're capable, you'll be squeeze dry. Design center members wellbeing is not taken into consideration - expected to slave away for 1 person's selfish goals regardless of existing deadlines, off work hours, sick, on leave and weekends.
