Good Latino networks for followers Need not adhere to Japanese Matsushita's principles No need to follow OEC and HR policy as no serious enforcement of non-compliance practice. Managers who are non-compliance with mulitple OEC warnings and violation got promotion shielded by his VP. Need not work hard, just work smart and sing to the manager's tune.

Cons

Do not voice honest feedback as it will back fired. OEC and HR does not enforce the compliance policy, Need to be dance with the wolves and tiger. Pay compensation is biased and determined by manager and not actual performance, the management established its own back scratching practices and hide whistle blowers feedback which was what happened in previous DOJ law suit cases.
