great people. I love my team so much. you will move around a lot - this is not a sedentary place to work. The factory is huge. Mix of hands-on and desk time. - a good balance

Cons

Many teams are too small for the amount of work that needs to be done Many Engineers are getting poached by other EV companies, and losing teammates is hard.

Good work environment. The people are helpful and friendly. Fully working from home and soon to be transitioned to hybrid.

Cons

The aviation industry was highly affected by the pandemic and a lot of talent was let go. The company has done much effort to have a steady recovery but it will take years to be what it was before.
