Wonderful brand recognition and diversity of products with a long, rich history. Easy to be very proud to work for such a historically significant company.

Cons

Has failed to evolve during the past decade or so and products, systems, and structure tend to be outdated. Creative leaders tend to get discouraged by skeptical overseas leadership.
