Panasonic does a good job of hiring diverse talent who care about each other. The company has withstood the test of time and is starting to pick up more momentum showing signs of a return to the glory days where everyone knew the name Panasonic.

Cons

Some teams can be prone to burnout. As have others Panasonic has reinforced return to work but at two days instead of five.
