-Monthly bonus opportunities - Easy work - Easy to move up - Good money starting - lots of days off ( 4 days /3 days weeks *alternated.)

Cons

(This was my shift however not sure about the other shifts) -Understaffing makes it a very unpleasant and stressful environment - Younger co workers most of which always had little “highschool” drama - No organization - leadership is questionable “too many chiefs” made for a annoying and stressful day
