Employee welfare provided by Planning team is excellent. Very collaborative colleagues, the only reason why I hang on for so long

Cons

Business side likes to hinder IT, resistent to change. Every change implemented, detailed testing needs to be done and explained to business. Even something as minute as a 10e-7 numerical difference. This makes progress extremely slow, and hinders the pace of learning of in the development team to come up with extremely detailed tests in the form of nicely formatted excel for business side to go through, in several reviews
