Good vacation package, decent benefits...but keeps raising premiums

Cons

Lack of clear goals, no proper direction. Too many to list. Have been on a 4 day workweek since late July with a 20% pay cut doing more work due to layoffs and offloads to remaining people. Too many managers. A lot of lazy people. Reminds me of the "joke" interview: Interviewer: Why are leaving your current job? Interviewee: Too many people Interviewer: How many people work there? Interviewee: No more than 50%

The company had undergone lots of layoffs and furloughs during this Covid-19 pandemic due to weak airline business. Those who remain have to take 20% pay cut. The company likes to do same old things and out use of date technologies since they're already used to it. Hence there's lack of innovation and vision. It will take time for airline industry to recover and as a result this company has a grim outlook since it generates revenue from airline customers. Lots of long tenured employees who are making this company their retirement home. They don't know how to do anything else except IFE and therefore out of touch with other types of industries and technologies.
