Good Benefits, Culture needs work, and below market salary rates

They have good Benefits package,= and stable employment for avionics industry.

Cons

Company is restructuring and employees are getting more and more responsibilities with no increase in pay, which hurts as they pay below market rates to begin with. Culture is hurting, as there seems to be a very take it or leave it job mentality, and as a result there has been a very high turnover.

Good medical and days off. Able to work from home.

Cons

Upper management is clueless. Work from home 24/7. Out of there league as far as aerospace is involved in Bothell, a good auditor could bury them in Major findings.
