Pros

Colleagues were great, but rarely given a chance to utilize their talents. Many of the talented people are jumping ship for competitors.

Cons

Lack of focus, no clear direction, no raises in years, no regard for work-life balance, empty promises for improvement, completely disorganized.

Pros

Talented co-workers. Competitive pay and benefits. Now located in a brand new state of the art building. Good cafeteria.

Cons

Long hours. No appreciation by management for effort. Endless analysis results in delayed/no decisions. Lots of finger pointing. Constant focus on cutting expenses.

Just awful...

Pros

Good benefits, the nicest people, excellent products that hold their own against anything the competition can bring to market.

Cons

A group president in the consumer organization that is, quite frankly, psychotic. A lack of marketing or branding at any level, long thankless work in a very unappreciative environment where it's best to cover your tail rather than try and do what is right for the company/marketplace. Truly horrifying culture of blame and embarrass rather than embrace and create.
