Pros

Great company with great experienced and knowledgeable people, friendly environment, has a mix of employees who have been working 15 - 20 years in the company along with other group who have been there 3 - 10 years, really great products and systems designed by the company, labs are great places to work in, provides commuting employees with free shuttle service between the office and the train station, company covers half the cost of the train fair for full time direct employees and offer quarterly lunches and give away gifts for commuters, company is continuously growing faster then they can find more new space to house employees. Company holds many appreciation lunches/dinners for its people to thank and motivate them where the CEO and top VPs attend in the celebration.

Cons

Project schedules and deadlines are way off, need to be more realistic with the customers on when things can be done, and take off some of the unnecessary stress from their employees in meeting these deadlines. This goes back to the business people doing the deals, followed by the project/program managers that need to create a plan to make all this happen on time, which requires coordination with lots of other groups within company. Many times things need to be developed from scratch and customized based on each airline's needs and requirements, this needs a lot of development time followed by testing and perfecting the system to meet requirements, testing is done by many different groups, many times it has to be done in a linear fashion because the system is complex.
