      Worst Place to work - set up for failure

      Pros

      • Good health benefits and will pay for continued education. • Beautiful building. • Good entry level company to get a name on your resume, but if you are looking to learn anything STAY AWAY! • Decent compensation, bonus, commission – you can make decent money but all that comes with a lot of stress.

      Cons

      • Horrible work environment – Not a team environment, everyone is throwing each other under the bus. • If you are young or have ambition to grow in your career STAY AWAY FROM this place! You will not learn anything here, and it will show when you are trying to find better opportunities in the future. Absolutely no direction, and incompetent Managers. • No growth, no development plan, NO structure! You will never have a defined role; it will be random work being thrown your way with no support. • HR and upper management do not care to help or listen, it is a very heartless environment • You can’t have an opinion and if you do, get ready for the retaliation on all levels ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN! Don’t look back just run the other way – far away from Panasonic! It is not worth the stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and the constant headaches!

      Helpful co-workers, many aborted projects

      Pros

      • The people at Panasonic Avionics are the most helpful of any company that I've worked at in the last 40 years. Everyone is eager to answer questions and share information. • Company is very considerate regarding benefits, time off, vacations, and other similar areas. • Great support for COVID related actions. • Excellent computer support, fast and accurate.

      Cons

      • Company has had many changes at the executive level which seems to lead to a lack of direction. • Have observed many aborted projects making me wonder if the company really knows the direction in which it wants to go.
