Pros

Flex work arrangements. If you’re lacking in talent you can still have a long career as long as you’re very vocal in meetings without doing any real work.

Cons

The company reminds me of a book I once read called the puppy who lost its way. Used to be known for high quality products now they push very buggy evidence capture systems to police departments. Constant restructuring. Lacking in vision. To say there’s no accountability is an understatement. If HR was more in touch with the ire employees and addressed the issues the company has they wouldn’t need to post fake reviews to try to make it sound like a great place to work.

Management is hands-offs and provides flexibility, autonomy, and trusts my decisions. Benefits are the best I've had in my entire career (medical, discounts, commute, etc.).

Cons

At this point, I have no negative comments.

Low pay, poor training, poor communication between management and staff, poor management in general.
