Company is totally out of control in regards to management team

Five years ago the management team cared and was truly interested in growing the business. Not true since the last re-org and a new management team came into play.

Cons

Always being wrong, no consistencies between accounts or programs. Everything is micromanaged and is always wrong.

I cannot think of one right now.

Cons

They treat the employees as disposable and that they can be easily tossed away. The high level executives here are like the good old boys club. They make sure they are taken care of; forget about everybody else they don't matter.
