Pros

I was impressed by the company's commitment to transparency and inclusivity. They were upfront about their values, culture, and expectations, which allowed me to assess whether I would be a good fit for the organization.

Pros

High turnover leads to better job security.

Cons

The sales aspect of this company come first and foremost, which sets the ground work for the rest of the challenges in the company - operationally and morale wise. The non-sales departments get less attention with their operation needs, usually understaffed, but are still expected to meet targets that are very sales driven.

Pros

Modern office, but it is very far from the city center

Cons

Ridiculously low salaries compared to the industry, with no increase in salary even if you work there for two years. Forced to do tasks that are of Senior level, but the pay stays same. Chaotic management with constant micromanaging, which is super uncomfortable. No opportunity for growth and development. Many people leave company, as Paysafe turned into a terrible workplace.
