      Departments are kept silos, very little collaboration and the company seems like it's out of ideas. Top heavy leadership.

      Some good co-workers stuck in a bad situation

      Cons

      Shortcut way to gauge the state of the company are the fake good reviews herr and the current share price. The only thing consistent in this company is deterioration. Management runs around trying to make themselves relevant, meanwhile there is total disregard for regular employees. Lack of competence is a real issue at the senior level leaving the company in a constantly declining state. Compensation is subpar and bonuses are never paid out probably due to execs waisting company resources on perks for themselves. Don't waste your time on this one.
