      Pros

      After years where there was seemingly a lack of inter division co-operation and clarity of strategy the company is making strides for the better. The new London office is amazing, with some great people and the new management hires are focused and have clear direction.

      Cons

      Wages could be better and there should be more diversity at Executive level.

      I had to quit the job because they don't allow to work remotely from another country
