      Pros

      Got laid off for the relocation of the office to a different country. The company gave all the employees reasonable severance pays and hired an agency to support to get the next job.

      Cons

      Then, they didn't close the office as they planned before and hired new employees. Felt disappointed and afraid to go back if that happens again.
